11:30 – 12:30: Percussion setup on stage
12:30 – 12:35: Warm Up
12:35 – 1:05: Run full concert (Kirby, Williams, Blocher, George, Nowlin)
1:05 – 1:20: TBD
6:15pm: Percussion begin setup (or earlier)
6:30pm: Call Time (in full concert black) “Black-on-Black”
6:30pm – 7:10pm: Rehearsal

Concert Band 1st
University Band 2nd
– All black dress clothes. Long-sleeve top or jacket and shirt, long slacks or skirt, or long black dress. No low-cut tops or rolled-up sleeves. Clothing should be dark black (not washed out), all black shades must match. Closed-toe dress shoes and long black socks. If worn, jewelry should be simple. Concert dress is intended to provide uniformity while also allowing each student to feel comfortable.

- 7:00 pm call, in concert blacks (all black, no additional colors, please ask if this confuses you).

- 7:30 concert, CB starts the concert, if you are not playing in CB, please have your instrument with you in the audience or backstage. Any KSUMB rented instruments will be turned into Tyler and Rich after the concert.
