Content Management System

In 2011, Kansas State University purchased OmniUpdate to serve as the university Content Management System (CMS). This tool enables academic departments, administrative offices, university programs and student organizations to easily create and modify websites in accordance with university branding efforts.

If you are interested in learning more, please contact Web Services at webservices@k-state.edu. There is no fee associated with using the CMS.

K-State Research and Extension (KSRE) migration

KSRE websites will be migrated to the K-State CMS by July 1, 2015.  For more information, visit the KSRE migration website.

May 2014 CMS Upgrade

The CMS has been upgraded to Version 10. This new version includes a new user interface as well as added features.

CMS Training

Training is required for all system users. Trainings are offered at least twice a month.
