Assets

Assets allow users to create and manage reusable content in one location and then place that content on an unlimited number of pages. This content can then be edited in the Asset Manager and changes are automatically populated on all subscribing pages.

Assets can be easily inserted on a page via the Editor.

Types of Assets

Web Content Asset

Web Content Assets are the most common type used for basic reusable content. These assets include HTML-formatted text or media items (images or videos). They are created and edited via a mini-editor. This type of asset is available for use on other sites unless Lock to Site is selected.

See Creating assets to get started.

Plain Text Asset

Plain Text Assets include plain text without HTML. They are created and edited with the plain text editor. This type of asset is available for use on other sites unless Lock to Site is selected.

See Creating assets to get started.

Image Gallery Asset

The Image Gallery Asset allows users to easily create and manage image galleries in the system. A title, caption, description, and link can be provided for each image in the gallery. This type of asset is available for use on other sites unless Lock to Site is selected.

See Creating an image gallery to get started.

Form Asset

Form Assets allow users to easily create and manage forms in the system. Form submissions can be emailed to an individual or group and/or are gathered in a database if the Save Results checkbox was selected.

See Creating a form to get started.

Note:
