Space Request Form
The following steps provide directions to submit a space request for university space by departments or colleges. For information regarding room reservations please visit the Room Request section of the Facilities website.
1. Submit an online Facilities Service Request (you will have to log-in using your eID)
Forms must be submited by 5pm on January 22, 2018 in order to be considered for the first quarter allocations.
2. All space requests must be pre-approved by a Dean, VP, Provost, or President. Submit written approval of space request to the Space Management department via email to Heather Mills email@example.com or campus mail 217A Dykstra Hall.
3. The Space Management department will confirm receipt of your request via email.
4. The space request will be reviewed and an email will be sent to the contact person on the request form with the final decision.
