Service Timelines:
Academic Transcript Request
Kansas State University has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Official transcripts are available in both electronic and paper versions. Average processing time for transcript orders are 3-5 business days, however orders that require additional research or conversion from historical documentation may take additional time.
All official transcripts are ordered online and processed through Parchment.com. You will be asked to create an account the first time you access the new ordering portal.
Former Student Ordering
Former Kansas State University students can order an official transcripts directly through Parchment.
If you previously attended K-State and have a Parchment account, please update your primary email address to a non-K-State email. This ensures you will receive important information, such as password reset links and transcript status updates, at a valid and accessible email address.
Transcript Ordering Options Based on Attendance Date:
Attended after 2008: You may need to Reactivate my old eID to access KSIS and place your transcript order.
Attended prior to 2008: You will need to place your transcript order directly through Parchment.
Each transcript order requires a $15.00 processing fee, payable at the time of the request.
Current Student Ordering
Current Kansas State University students can order an official in their KSIS student portal, under the Other Academics tile.

Current students may submit transcript orders at no charge - if a graduating student please refer to the academic calendar for the last date to order a transcript at no charge.
