uAchieve Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS)
Since the early 2000s, Kansas State University has partnered with CollegeSource to automate degree audit reporting for students and advisors. This system replaced the manual, paper-based tracking of degree progress, providing a more efficient and accurate way to monitor academic advancement.
In Fall 2024, K-State upgraded to the latest version of uAchieve, introducing new and exciting features to enhance your experience. Student information is updated in real-time through PeopleSoft (KSIS), ensuring you always have access to the most current details about your academic program.
With uAchieve, you can easily track your progress toward your major, secondary major, minor, and certificates. Our team continuously works to implement new tools and features designed to help you stay on track and successfully graduate.
Need help with your Degree Audit?
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to reach out to their College Dean’s Office for assistance. If additional support is needed, a representative will contact the Registrar’s Office on your behalf.
Please Note:
Batch audits are currently unavailable as we work on integrating this feature into the new system. Thanks to the cloud-based platform, users can generate individual audits quickly and easily—typically within 1.5 seconds. For the most accurate results, we recommend generating audits on an individual basis as needed.
DARS/uAchieve Working Group
This group is intended for use by faculty and advisor liaisons only. Students should direct any questions regarding DARS/uAchieve to their Academic Advisor or College Dean’s Office.
