New strategic partner joins talent acquisition

Diana LeBlanc has joined the Human Capital Services team as a talent acquisition strategic partner.
LeBlanc aids in recruitment efforts for the university and serves as the liaison to Administration and Finance and the Division of Communications and Marketing. She transitioned into her new role on Jan. 13 and began providing service to these units as of Jan. 27.
LeBlanc has been working at K-State since December 2014. Her most recent role was with the College of Agriculture — K-State Research and Extension where she was the human capital specialist. LeBlanc has experience in supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes recruiting, onboarding and partnering with hiring managers to assist in the hiring process.
LeBlanc has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from Kansas State University where she's currently earning her master's degree in public administration.
