Application Licenses
The Division of Information Technology negotiates and manages educational and volume software licensing agreements, providing free and for-purchase software products to students, faculty and staff. Restrictions apply to some software.
Includes 20+ Adobe products for design & creative use (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, etc.)
This product includes all Creative Cloud On-premises Software, Acrobat Pro, access to all Creative Cloud On-demand Services, and Adobe Stock On-demand Services.
Requirements
- Active K-State faculty and staff will be automatically provisioned free of charge.
- Must use @k-state.edu email address to access apps.
- Shared Device Licenses are free for labs, classrooms, and other shared multi-user machines. Access must be requested through a TDX ticket.
- Student employee licenses are free but must be requested by K-State departments.
- County Paid Extension staff licenses are free but must be requested by the Extension Office.
- This is not an unlimited-use site license.
Access and Usage
- May be used on up to two devices on both K-State-owned and personal devices.

- Does not include Adobe Sign. KSU uses RightSignature, which offers the ability for signature tracking and authentication.

Requirements
- All Faculty/Staff with a total appointment of 1.0 FTE or greater, or a teaching appointment. All K-State users have a basic Zoom license, which provides many Zoom features. This request is only necessary for users who need features associated with a full license. Most K-State users also have access to Teams, which may be a good alternative to requesting a full Zoom license.
