Adobe Licenses for K-State Computers

Licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and Acrobat Pro DC are available for K-State faculty and staff to lease through the Division of Information Technology. The Adobe Enterprise license agreement year is August 1 through July 31, with prices pro-rated monthly.

Upon receiving the provisioning email, users with existing @ksu.edu Adobe IDs need to log out of the Adobe CC desktop app and log back in with their @k-state.edu Enterprise ID to continue using the software. For people who have saved files in Cloud storage or other assets associated with the old Adobe ID, they can migrate those assets to the Enterprise account using the steps in Manual Asset Transfer article. The @ksu.edu eIDs will be deprovisioned on September 1, 2020.
