Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses
The Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are free for K-State faculty and staff. The Adobe Enterprise license agreement year is August 1 through July 31. View the Downloading Adobe Create Cloud Suite knowledge base article for step-by-step instructions.
License Types
Named licenses are available for individuals and shared device licenses available for labs, classrooms, and other shared multi-user machines. These licenses include access to all the Creative Cloud applications. Some key differences between the two license types are as follows:

Desktop app availability | All desktop apps included in one large package ( ~25 GB of disk space). Needs to be installed by IT support. | Users can select, install, and update only the needed apps any time using self-serve portal. |

Request a License
Licenses must only be requested for devices, student employees, and county-paid extension employees. To request a license, submit a completed Software and Applications Distribution Form. You will receive an email with Adobe access instructions.
Annual Renewal
The K-State license is renewed annually July 31.
