Kansas State Video News Service

K-State Video News makes Kansas State University experts available to the media at the click of a button. K-State Video News, also referred to as KSVN, is a video news release service where interviews, b-roll and scripts are generated by university media employees and then distributed via email to television stations across the country. KSVN uses both Dropbox and Pathfire to distribute downloadable content to more than 900 stations, providing content to you, while also highlighting the numerous areas of expertise at the university.

Since its creation in 2013, KSVN has produced more than 370 stories and aired on more than 2,000 television stations around the country. We are committed to providing you timely and topical news stories with insightful content from our expert researchers and faculty at Kansas State University.

We want to play an integral role in your efforts to inform and serve your community!
