KSIS Service Indicators
What is a Negative Service Indicator?
A negative service indicator is placed due to financial delinquencies and/or other academic holds. A negative service indicator may stop one or more of the following:
- Transcripts
- Enrollment
- Change in student schedule (add/drop)
- Diploma
A student may view a service indicator/hold on their account via the KSIS Student Center (How-to). Information will also be displayed referring the student to appropriate contact to have the service indicator removed.
Information for Faculty/Staff
KSIS Security will only allow a user to apply/remove those service indicators for which security has been assigned.
