Enrollment Impacts

• AENR: Prevents a student from initially enrolling into a class and prevents the student from adding a class but permits the student to drop classes if they have already have enrollment activity for the current term.
• CENR: Restricts all enrollment activity (such as adds, drops, swaps, or wait lists) for a student with existing enrollment for the current term.
• IENR: Prevents a student from initially enrolling into a class but permits the student to add or drop classes if they already have enrollment activity for the current term.

Other Impacts

• • DIPL: Prevents a student from recieving their K-State Diploma typically due to outstanding financial obligations posted to the student account or for students who have not satisified student conduct or academic integrity sanctions.
  • TRAN: Prevents a student from recieving their K-State Official and Unofficial Transcript typically due to outstanding financial obligations posted to the student account or for students who have not satisified student conduct or academic integrity sanctions.

Categories:

• Advising: ensures obligations have been met such as enrollment requirements for successful degree progression, declaration of major, etc...
