Professional Development Fund applications due March 27
The President's Commission on the Status of Women, now known as the President's Commission on Gender Equity, announces the Professional Development Fund is now accepting applications for financial assistance to attend seminars, workshops and conferences virtually or in person.
Payment for up to 50% of expenses — $500 maximum per academic year — may be awarded based on the number of requests received and the ability of the employee's department or unit to provide partial funding.
Full-time university support staff or unclassified professionals who have been employed by the university in a full-time position for at least one full academic year are eligible to apply. This grant is not restricted to women.
