Registration open for next K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I sessions March 20 and 22

Advancing Awareness: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging will be offered from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Monday, March 20, and from 8:30-10 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, via Zoom. Attendance at both sessions will be required to receive credit for the topic.

This interactive and informative session will empower participants to learn how and why bias occurs, how unconscious bias can impact the workplace and relationships and how to address bias.

You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session.  This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program; therefore, seating is limited.
