Audition for Applied Lessons and Scholarships

All future music majors, music minors, or non-music majors interested in private lessons must audition in order to be accepted into the music program. A number of scholarships are available to music majors, minors, and non-music majors. These annual scholarships typically range between $500 and $6,000 per year, and are awarded on the basis of successful performance achievements, scholarly potential, and the needs of the program. The awards are renewable for up to four years pending suitable grade point average and performance levels.
