Reporting Units

Administrative Support Center

The Administrative Support Center (ASC) serves over 60 administrative departments and units. The ASC works closely with directors and department heads to create streamlined policies and procedures with the purpose of identifying process improvements, promoting staff development, and finding areas for increased efficiency.

Budget Office

The Budget Office provides university-wide services in support of campus budgetary activities. The Budget Office is committed to being a high-quality service provider that is responsive to meeting the continuously changing needs of the university and external agencies.

Division of Facilities

The Division of Facilities is an action-oriented service organization within the university. We are custodians, landscapers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, mechanics, project managers, engineers, architects, accountants, and administrative professionals — all stewards and leaders of an inspiring campus shared by many.

Division of Financial Services

The Division of Financial Services provides efficient and effective financial services and support to the campus community. Our reporting units include Administrative Support Center Accounting, Cashiers and Student Accounts, Financial Reporting, Fund Balancing, General Accounting, Purchasing and Contract Services, Sponsored Programs Accounting and Systems. We are committed to supporting the university and identifying solutions through collaboration, partnership and teamwork.

Division of Safety and Risk

The Division of Safety and Risk oversees all areas of university risk, safety and security, including Environmental Health and Safety, campus police, risk and compliance.

Division of Technology

The Division of Information Technology is committed to providing excellent IT services to the K-State community in support of the teaching, learning, research and service missions. They offer a wide range of information, technology and communication services.

Human Resources

Human Resources provides progressive, responsive and innovative solutions to attract, retain, develop and reward a highly talented, diverse and inclusive K-State community. Departments include Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Engagement and the Resource Center.
