Risk and Compliance

Mission

The Office of Risk Management and Compliance supports K-State's mission and strategic priorities by providing comprehensive services that promote a safe, resilient, and ethically responsible campus community. We are committed to fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and proactive risk awareness across the university.

Our core functions include assessing and mitigating risks; managing insurance coverage and claims; promoting safe and compliant international travel; collaborating on threat assessment and response; safeguarding minors in university‑sponsored programs; and coordinating Clery Act compliance to help ensure a safe and transparent campus environment.
