Insurance

Kansas State University purchases insurance to protect the university community and assets from financial loss or harm.  The Kansas State Legislature has authorized the Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) and member institutions to purchase insurance, except health insurance for faculty and staff.  KBOR members jointly purchase some insurance policies, but individual institutions purchase many of their own.
