Traveling with K-State

K-State employees can manage their own travel requests and booking through Concur travel and expense management software. Travelers who wish to book with the support of an on-site agent can utilize the services of Anthony Travel. Office of Risk and Compliance supplies additional support to global travelers. Our officers manage K-State employees' international travel registration, facilitate the university's partnership with On Call International Insurance, and provide the support necessary to ensure university travelers are safe and prepared.

International Travel Registration

The university requires all employees and students engaged in university-sponsored international travel and/or activities to register their trips 14 days before departure. Travel registration is required and travelers who fail to register their travel may be subject to sanctions under applicable university policies.
