Fall 2018 Communication Research Colloquium continues today

The Fall 2018 Communication Research Colloquium continues Wednesday, Oct. 24, with Tim Shaffer, assistant professor of communication studies, and Dani LaGree, assistant professor of journalism and mass communications. Both will present their research findings in an open discussion with attendees from 4-5:15 p.m. in 106 Kedzie Hall.

Shaffer will discuss "Civic Professionalism, the Role of Communication(s), and Why it Matters for Democracy's Future." LaGree will present her paper "Younger millennials' media use: A qualitative gratifications and media repertoires approach."

Members of the K-State community interested in communication scholarship are invited to attend. No RSVP is required.

The communication studies department and the A.Q. Miller School of Journalism and Mass Communications are part of the College of Arts and Sciences.
