The K-State chapter of Sigma Xi will host a Science Café at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 5. David Rosowsky, vice president for research, will lead an open discussion on his vision for research at K-State.

The Science Café will be held at the Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab on the second floor of Hale Library.

All faculty, students and staff are encouraged to join the discussion. You do not need to be a member to attend.

Please register by Friday, March 31, so we can assess refreshment needs, but please attend whether you register or not.

The K-State Chapter of Sigma Xi is a unique opportunity for scientists on campus with diverse training to interact. Sigma Xi is the international honor society of science and engineering and is one of the oldest and largest scientific organizations in the world. Scientists and engineers, whose research spans the disciplines of science and technology, comprise the membership. Sigma Xi chapters can be found at colleges and universities, government laboratories and industry research centers around the world.

With changes in the world and in the university, we hope you will join us in this discussion to advance interdisciplinary research partnerships and strengthen campuswide professional scientific interactions.
