New EHS Assistant inventory system now available

Submitted by Adam Ukena

The new EHS Assistant inventory tool is now available.

EHS Assistant is an online inventory tool provided by Environmental Health and Safety to assist K-State personnel in managing their hazardous chemical and radiological materials for the purpose of maintaining a centralized record of all chemicals present on campus. Laboratories are required to maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hazardous chemicals present in their work area in this system.

All university principal investigators who had inventory in the previous system had their data converted into the new system and are asked to review their inventories to verify and update their inventories regularly.

As new capabilities are added to EHS Assistant, we will list them on the website. Please update your bookmarks to the new site

For instructions and feature updates see the website.
