Annual Garden Party June 3
The 16th annual Garden Party, Enchanted Evening, begins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 3 at the K-State Gardens at 1500 Denison Avenue.
The party plans include cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres, live music, a silent auction and a few surprises. The cost is $125 per person.
This fun event celebrates the beauty of the gardens, but more importantly, raises funds for interns and student workers who learn and train. These students are involved in seasonal planting, maintenance, pruning, watering, weeding, fountain cleaning, special events and working with our active volunteer group, the Purple Thumbs.
Please RSVP by Friday, May 27, to ksufoundation.org/rsvp/gardens. There are no official tickets. Those who RSVP receive their name badges at the reception table located at the main entrance to the gardens.
