New strategic partner joins talent acquisition

Katie Prososki has joined the Human Capital Services team as a talent acquisition strategic partner.
Prososki will aid in recruitment efforts for the university and serve as the liaison to the Division of Student Life and will eventually add additional recruiting responsibilities. She began her role on Oct. 26.
Prososki has experience supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes recruiting, onboarding and partnering with hiring managers to assist in the hiring process. She's assisted in recruitment efforts in many industries, most notably residential life, medical and manufacturing. Prososki will partner with HCS liaisons and hiring managers to help attract the best talent to the university.
Prososki holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management and office administration from Wayne State College. She also has her professional in human resources certification.
