Sampling of K-Staters to receive information technology services' satisfaction survey
Over the next three weeks, information technology services will be conducting its annual satisfaction survey. A random sample of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff will receive an online survey on topics ranging from services and applications, to help desk, telecommunications, networking, email, security, data storage and more.
K-Staters who receive the survey via email are asked to provide their assessment of IT to help us improve our services and support. Names will be randomly entered into a drawing, and four individuals will be selected to receive $50 iTunes gift cards.
