K-State Today publishing changes

Submitted by Division of Communications and Marketing

After 14 years of publication, K-State Today is getting a makeover. On March 24, an online news hub will launch as the university's 24/7 source for K-State news and information. In addition, a redesigned K-State Today email will be distributed through new technology. Future updates for the news hub are in process and will launch later this year.

University stories will be published throughout the week on the K-State Today website and curated for email distribution to current students, faculty and staff three days per week. These updates will allow us to strategically share stories to highlight how Kansas State University makes a positive impact on the world around us.

K-State Today is designed for broad segments of the university community. Submissions will continue to be accepted with the deadline for consideration two days prior at 2 p.m. Additional guidelines, tips and resources for submitting items to K-State Today are available

To ensure alumni, retirees, partners and others interested in K-State news can continue to receive updates, a weekly K-State Today newsletter will be distributed every Monday beginning March 31. Individuals interested in receiving this free newsletter can sign up by completing this form. Current students, faculty and staff do not need to sign up.

As a reminder, K-State Today will not be published during spring break. Friday, March 14, is the last issue before it resumes on March 24 with the new website and email format.
