Approval to Schedule Final Examination form - This form, with ALL signatures from the supervisory committee, must be received by the Graduate School at least 10 business days before the scheduled exam. The student submits the form, and then it routes to the committee members for their signature. Therefore, the student needs to submit the form more than 10 business days before the final exam to allow time for the form to route to committee members.

“Concurrent Degree Programs” have been renamed “Accelerated Programs” last academic year. The Graduate School updated all the names in the Catalog and on our website. When we launched this change, we also changed the timing of awarding the Bachelor Degree. Now, the Bachelor degree component of the accelerated degree is being awarded when the student completes all the bachelor degree requirements.

We’d like your support with updating the accelerated program’s page on your department’s website with this information (the title and the awarding of the degree). The Graduate School has launched an effort to update the catalog pages to update the awarding of degree information. All changes will show up in the new Catalog.

If you have any questions about this change, please contact Dr. Michael Young, Graduate Faculty Associate, Graduate School at michaelyoung@ksu.edu.
