2014-2015 Special Events

A Course in Whiskey & Cheese by 4 Olives
Self-taught chef Scott Benjamin and his wife Rachel opened 4 Olives Restaurant & Wine Bar in 2004 and have been contributing to the Manhattan fine dining scene ever since. The restaurant recently moved to the historic Marshall Theatre Building at 4th and Houston, and remodeled the location to include outdoor dining, a massive wine cave, and a completely open kitchen with chef's tables. Join us as Scott uses his extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and premium spirits to take us on an educational adventure involving whisky and cheese! He will select four individual whiskeys for sampling, as well as four handpicked cheeses to accompany each tasting. Accompanied by locally-baked WheatFields Bread with olive oil and aged balsamic, this tasting is sure to be one to remember. Please join us for a fun experience at 4 Olives Restaurant and Wine Bar!
