DeGroat presents research at major regional academic conference
Art DeGroat, executive director of military and veterans affairs, co-presented his work "High Art of Hypocrisy in Organizations: An Emerging Reality or a Momentary Aberration" at the 2018 Western Academy of Management Conference, March 10, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He also was selected to serve as a session chair in the conference's Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership track.
DeGroat's research work with the social phenomenon of post 9-11 era military veterans transitioning to the workplace looks at the impact of institutional logics and their impact on individuals transition life events.
