Todd Goodson and Tonnie Martinez.

Faculty members in the College of Education's department of curriculum and instruction presented at the National Association of School University Partnerships, or NASUP, formerly known as the National Association for Professional Development Schools, March 24-26 in Anaheim, California.

The theme of the conference was "Magical Collaborations: Making School University Partnerships the Happiest Places on Earth." NASUP advances the education profession by providing leadership, advocacy, and support to create and sustain school-university partnerships.

Todd Goodson, associate dean for teacher education and accreditation, and Tonnie Martinez, assistant professor and coordinator of the Office of Innovation and Collaboration, presented "The Power of Face-to-Face Collaboration between PDS Partners, Community Colleges and Universities in Shaping Pathways to Teaching."

Suzanne Porath, associate professor of curriculum and instruction, presented "Developing Your Dimensions of Wellbeing." As part of the conference leadership team, she also facilitated the Director's Forum, "Collaborative Conversations: University-Based Faculty, and PSD/SUP Action Research." Porath serves as co-chair for the Conference and Programs Committee.
