Remembering Ed Lindly
Ed Lindly, professor emeritus in the GE Johnson Department of Architectural Engineering and Construction Science, died Aug. 12 in Manhattan.
Lindly was part of the department faculty for 46 years, with several current faculty members taking his courses over the years.
Funeral services for Lindly will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 21, at the First United Methodist Church in Manhattan. The family will greet friends during a visitation from 9 a.m. until service time at the church on Monday. Additional obituary information can be found online.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the KSU Foundation for the E.C. Lindly Scholarship for Engineering Students (T76740). Contributions may be sent in care of the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home.
