Submitted by Ashley Nietfeld

A limited number of seats remain available for the Kansas State University Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification course that begins Oct. 27.

The noncredit Green Belt course is delivered in a hybrid format that includes self-paced online training in addition to six in-person sessions on the Manhattan campus. Session dates are Oct. 27-28, Nov. 10-12 and Dec. 1-2. Participants are required to participate in all in-person sessions.

Lean Six Sigma is a business management system that allows organizations to drastically improve their bottom line by creating, measuring and monitoring everyday business activities that in turn leads to reduced waste, fewer mistakes and increased customer satisfaction.

Register for the upcoming Green Belt course on the K-State Lean Six Sigma website. For questions or for more information about K-State’s Lean Six Sigma offerings, contact Dan Minick, College of Business, at dminick@k-state.edu or Debbie Hagenmaier, Global Campus, at debbieh@k-state.edu.
