Submitted by Zelia Wiley

In celebration of the 2021 K-State Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Related Sciences, or MANRRS, Week Nov. 15-19, please join the College of Agriculture as speaker James Millsap, manager of inclusion and diversity at Dick's Sporting Goods and K-State 2010 agriculture alumnus, discusses inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

The College of Agriculture's student leadership will present the fall 2021 student-led diversity forum "Growing Our Mindset: A Conversation About the Importance of Diversity in the Workplace" from 5:30-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16. The event will be in a hybrid format located in Town Hall at the Leadership Studies Building or Zoom Meeting ID 972 0061 3215.

The student groups who will lead the event are College of Agriculture Ambassadors, Ag Student Council and the K-State MANRRS chapter. The event promises to be engaging and impactful, yet can only be great with your participation.

Instructors, please be note that we will be taking attendance of students who participate; if you require this information, please contact Diversity Programs Office undergraduate assistant Summer Santillana at smades@k-state.edu
