Division of Financial Services shares important fiscal year-end information
Information and key dates for fiscal year 2020 financial transactions are available from the Division of Financial Services in Notice 20-01. The year-end notice includes deadlines for the completion of financial transactions for payroll and accounting. Your assistance in submitting payment vouchers by the indicated deadlines is appreciated.
Key deadlines for fiscal year 2020 financial transactions:
June 15:
- Interfund vouchers created by a K-State department to another state agency and interdepartmental interfund vouchers.
- Travel vouchers for trips completed by June 14.
- Agency payment vouchers.
- June 2020 and prior procurement card vouchers.
June 18:
- Interfund vouchers from other state agencies that have been assigned to a department by the Division of Financial Services.
June 30:
- FY 20 departmental deposits must be received by 10 a.m.
