K-State Libraries' services continue during summer

Submitted by Cailin Riley

K-State Libraries will continue to provide services and resources to instructors and students this summer for online classes.

Interlibrary Loan staff will process requests for materials; however, some requests may be delayed due to the closure of other libraries. Many research materials can be accessed remotely online, including emergency access to digital collections in HathiTrust.

The Libraries also offer online instruction modules. To learn more about these services, visit the Library Instruction webpage.

In addition, faculty are encouraged to take advantage of the Library Resources tab already present in their Canvas course. It displays general library information at all times or can be linked to specific subject or course data to better serve their needs.

Librarians are able to help instructors with Canvas, build online research guides for their classes and work with them on creating research assignments. Faculty can find the librarian for their department online.

All library locations currently remain closed. The Libraries are working on plans to reopen in phases in accordance with state, local officials and university guidelines. You can find more information about our resources on the Libraries' continuation of services webpage.
