K-State Social Club Fall Dinner Oct. 1

The Fall Dinner of the K-State Social Club will be Tuesday, Oct. 1, at the Blue Moose, 100 Manhattan Town Center. Cash bar will open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner to follow at 6:15 p.m.

The Social Club is honored to welcome guest speaker, Frank Tracz, professor of music and director of bands at Kansas State University. Tracz directs the Wind Ensemble and the Kansas State University Marching Band, teaches graduate and undergraduate conducting, is advisor to Kappa Kappa Psi, Tau Beta Sigma and the Band Ambassadors, and administers and guides all aspects of a large Big 12 comprehensive band program. The marching band was awarded the prestigious Sudler Trophy in 2015. 

Cost is $25 per person, with a menu of Mediterranean chicken pasta, house salad, roasted vegetable medley, rolls and dessert. Vegetarian options are available. Dinner reservation forms can be downloaded off the K-State Social Club's website

Make checks payable to Kansas State Social Club and please send along with the reservation form to Diana McElwain, executive assistant, Human Capital Services, Kansas State University, 100 Edwards Hall.
