Managing change toolkit available

Human Capital Services acknowledges that change is real and alive on our campus. To assist K-State leadership and employees, a managing change toolkit has been assembled on the HCS website.
This toolkit is comprised of workshops, team engagements and resources that may assist employees through times of significant change. Please note that there is no fee for workshops; however, a minimal fee may be required if the workshop utilizes an assessment. Many of the workshops are facilitated by K-State colleagues who are contributing their service.
This toolkit is fluid and we invite you to be partners by sharing resources and talents as we collectively manage significant change at K-State. To offer suggestions for content or workshop topics, please email learning-develop-hr@k-state.edu.
