Resubmit hazardous waste pickup forms
Earlier this week, Environmental Health and Safety discovered that the hazardous waste pickup request form was not working correctly. The functionality of the form has been restored.
If you submitted a hazardous waste pickup request on or after Wednesday, April 25, please resubmit it to ensure hazardous waste is removed from labs or shops within an acceptable time frame.
