Reminder: 'Legalities of Being' artist talk by Fidencio Fifield-Perez today
Join us at the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art as artist Fidencio Fifield-Perez describes his commitment to activism through both studio practice and non-traditional art practices embedded in community life.
Fifield-Perez will present "Legalities of Being" at 5:30 p.m. April 12 in the museum's UMB Theater.
Fifield-Perez's work is on view through April 12 in the "Fronteras/Frontiers" exhibition at museum. His talk is part of the university's annual Engagement Symposium. This year's theme is "Powerful Dialogue: Engaging Community Issues in Polarizing Times."
