Student of concern guides sent to new faculty, GTAs

Submitted by Laurel Moody

This week, new faculty and graduate teaching assistants will receive a student of concern guide from the Office of Student Life and the provost. This folder can help faculty and staff find resources to address a number of student concerns. The guide can offer guidance on emergencies and situations in which a student may be in distress.

The guides also can be found on the Office of Student Life website, where updates can be printed for faculty and staff who already have a copy. Minimal changes are made each semester, but any major updates will be distributed campuswide.

If you have a student you are concerned about, please call the Office of Student Life to consult or submit them directly through our online reporting form.

If you have questions about the guide, please contact the Office of Student Life at 785-532-6432 or email Laurel Moody at lmoody@k-state.edu.
