K-State United Way Campaign update: Another donation, another winner
As of Monday morning, 297 donors have given $55,453 to the K-State United Way Campaign. Don't forget to have your contribution entered in time for next week's drawings on Oct. 27 for the remaining prizes of a day off with pay, basketball tickets and McCain tickets.
The prize winner this week is Darci J. Bohnenblust from the information systems office. She won a drawing for two tickets to a football game.
Many of those donations were made using the option to give online through Employee Self Service/HRIS using eID and password. This is the same system used to access paycheck and leave information.
The local Konza United Way — formerly United Way of Riley County — serves five counties to help support 17 programs in 13 agencies.
