Our Charge:

Kansas State University’s leadership tasked the Office of International Programs to create an International Inventory capturing everything that the university is involved in on a global scale. This includes student, faculty and staff travel, international students, faculty and staff attending and working at the university, global partnerships, research collaborations, workshops, training, and much more.

As our audience is both the entire university as well as the state-wide community, our goal is to create a user-friendly, interactive experience that quickly provides information and data related to Kansas State University’s interactions with countries around the world. Our data comes from sources across the entirety of our university campuses and is aggregated into one directory that paints a broad picture of everything that Kansas State University does globally. We are also providing the capability of drilling down into the data at a more micro level. Using this comprehensive and focused data, it is then our job to highlight the impact that these activities bring to Kansas and Kansans by leveraging the collected data to tell stories that are relevant and impactful to our state and constituents.
