The Administrative Support Center is a shared services center providing budget, financial and administrative human resources services to central administrative units.

Important update

Beginning Feb. 4, Kronos will no longer be used for time and leave. Employees must use E-Time (Login to HRIS and enter the Time Reporting tile) and the online leave submission process outlined on the Quick Access to Time and Leave Resources webpage. Training will be available soon about the new time and leave process; registration info and a sign-up link will be shared once available. If you have questions, email aschr@ksu.edu.

Employees supported by ASC HR should list aschr@ksu.edu as their department timekeeper contact when using any of the below leave request forms.

The Administrative Support Center (ASC) serves over 60 administrative departments and units. We work closely with directors and department heads to create streamlined policies and procedures with the purpose of identifying process improvements, promoting staff development, and finding areas for increased efficiency.
