B.S. in early childhood education

Early childhood education is a career for individuals who seek the satisfaction of enhancing the development and learning of young children.

This program is designed for students who wish to work as licensed teachers in early care and education programs for young children, birth through kindergarten, including children with disabilities. Graduates are licensed-eligible educators working in a variety of settings including public schools, private and not-for-profit childcare programs, and military or corporate early education programs.

 

The K-State difference

K-State graduates have a 100 percent pass rate on the two national early childhood education teach licensure exams and graduates have a 99 percent job placement rate.
