If you have not accessed Axio Survey before, you contact the IT Help Desk to request access. To access Axio Survey, click the Axio Survey link on your K-State Online Course Tools page, or go to https://online.ksu.edu/Survey/ and then sign in with your eID and password.
To access Online TEVAL, in K-State Online, click the Online TEVAL link on the Course Tools page, or go to https://teval.ksu.edu/Teval/.
An online tutorial is available to the public and will introduce you to the Online TEVAL. Using the tutorial may help you decide whether to use the electronic version or the paper version.
