#26 Graphing an anger episode
In your journal, draw a vertical and horizontal line in the shape of an "L." The vertical line in the graphic measures anger intensity (low at the bottom) during the experience and the horizontal line is a measurement of time from the beginning and end of the experience.

Now draw a third line (possibly curved) inside the graph showing how your anger increased or decreased in intensity over time. Then draw an “x” on this line to indicate the moment along the timeline where you acted. Then continue the course.
