Form Module
Forms are created using a drag-and-drop builder and published with a Launch process.
Submissions are securely stored by Modern Campus, and sensitive data like credit card or SSN patterns are automatically scrubbed for added security. Built-in email settings allow for both internal and external notifications. Forms are inserted into CMS pages using the editor.
Transition from Assets to new module
You won't need to recreate old forms, but Web Services team members have to move them.
The first step for current Asset form users is to delete any unused forms.
- Navigate to Content > Assets.
- Filter by Forms using the All Types drop down in the upper right.
- Review each form to judge if still needed. If not, use More actions > File > Delete.
Note: Submissions can be exported before you delete the form. Deleted forms cannot be restored. Any deleted by mistake can be recreated in the new Form Module.
