Total compensation summary for 2014

Submitted by Human Capital Services

The 2014 total compensation summary is now available for all benefit-eligible employees and may be accessed in Employee Self Service, or HRIS

This summary allows employees to view their direct and indirect compensation based upon information from the Human Resource Information System.

Direct compensation is pay received for hours worked, holidays, leave, etc. Indirect compensation is contributions by the university on behalf of the employee for insurance, retirement and employer required taxes.

The total compensation summary includes wages paid in 2014 — paychecks issued Jan. 3, 2014, through Dec. 19, 2014. The summary does not replace W-2 forms or other income tax-related information and is not intended for use in tax preparation. See total compensation summary listed under benefits for more information.
