HealthQuest points and rewards reminder

Submitted by HR Benefits

The HealthQuest Rewards Program is a wellness incentive program offered by the State Employee Health Plan that promotes health and wellness through incentives and information. Through the program, employees who are covered on a State Employee Health Plan health insurance can receive a $20 discount on their premium each paycheck.

Additionally, those who have a health savings account or health reimbursement account can earn up to $500 in rewards.

The goal is to earn 40 points total to receive the premium discount and HSA reward dollars if applicable. To ensure that the HSA or HRA reward dollars are paid out by the year's end, all 40 points would need to be earned by Nov. 17. However each one point earned will send $12.50 to your HSA or HRA. So if the goal of 40 points isn't quite met by Nov. 17, any points that have been earned up to that date will be paid out.

As for the premium discount, all 40 points will need to earned by Dec. 31. This will mean the $20 discount will be applied for all of 2024.

More information on the HealthQuest program can be found on the State Employee Health Plan website. Be sure to bookmark the HealthQuest Portal.

If you have questions regarding the points you have earned or aren't seeing credits applied to your account, please reach out to SEHPHealthQuest@ks.gov or call 785-296-5624.
