Anonymous exit surveys available

Submitted by Shanna Legleiter

Human Resources and the Office of Data, Assessment and Institutional Research have partnered to reinstate anonymous exit surveys for employees who are separating from the university. The exit surveys are on the Human Resources website and allow separating faculty and staff to select one of four survey options depending on what is most applicable to them.

Human Resources requests that HR liaisons, supervisors and department heads strongly encourage separating employees to complete the exit surveys as part of their offboarding experience. Human Resources and the Office of Data, Assessment and Institutional Research will collaborate to monitor data that provide pathways to act on trends and share best practices to develop an improved workplace and campus climate for all.

Should a separating employee wish to schedule an in-person exit interview in lieu of or in addition to the exit surveys, please contact Human Resources at hr@k-state.edu
